In the past! I often saw my mother make delicious Bach Nhat wine, I really liked it. My mother said “the wine is delicious because it is made from Glutinous rice (sticky rice), very good for health, harmonizing yin and yang, the elderly eat better, sleep better”. Since then, Glutinous rice has been deeply imprinted in my memory, the quintessence of heaven and earth, which Vietnamese people have cultivated for thousands of years. It is a great ingredient for Chưng cakes, Giầy cakes, Tết cakes and Xôi Tet holiday. Therefore, Glutinous rice is also a special ingredient for Vietnamese wine products. In 2022, after many years living in the United States, I returned to visit my homeland, met a close friend who rekindled the idea of ​​wanting to make wine from Glutinous rice that I loved from long ago. This friend introduced me to a new friend who is very experienced in traditional Vietnamese wine because his family has been making wine for four generations, which matches my understanding of the effects of wine on health, as well as the way of making wine abroad that we often call Western wine. Therefore, today a new brand, a Vietnamese wine, was born called JENNIMICH and CHU HAI SPIRIT. Drinking JENNIMICH and CHU HAI SPIRIT wine is to enjoy, to create inspiration, to create more warm friendship, to enjoy the strong aroma of our homeland, the lovely sweetness of Glutinous rice, ensuring safety for health, hoping to be welcomed by everyone, and one day JENNIMICH and CHU HAI SPIRIT will spread throughout the world.
