1. Introducing ingredients
As we all know, to produce a wine product that ensures quality, delicious flavor, and smoothness, it requires many factors related to experience in production. In particular, the source of raw materials, water, and yeast must be guaranteed to be good and clean. If the product does not have all of the above factors, it will not achieve the quality and characteristic flavor of a high-quality product.
Therefore, to produce a quality product with a delicious, quintessential flavor, our Jennimich enterprise has had to be very careful in choosing good, clean, and certified raw materials to put into the distillation process.
Ingredients include:
- Rice: Through the experimental distillation process with different types of glutinous rice available on the market, our company has chosen the main source of glutinous rice to bring to the market a typical wine product with a mild, aromatic flavor that is typical of Vietnam, which is brown glutinous rice.
- Wine yeast: Like rice, the company has chosen a branded yeast, licensed and certified on the market to put into the production process.
- Water source: With the criteria of health safety for consumers, the company has chosen a clean water source that has been filtered into pure water that meets standards, to put into the production process.
2. Distillation process
Cook rice: Use enough rice for the distillation process, wash and remove impurities on the rice. Next, put rice and water in the trays and put them into the cooking process. Note that you need to adjust the appropriate temperature throughout the cooking process to ensure the rice is cooked evenly.
After the rice is cooked, spread it on the incubation table until the rice is completely cooled, add yeast and mix well.
Mixing the yeast: After the rice has been cooked and cooled, the next step is to mix the yeast. The yeast needs to be mixed evenly and thoroughly to ensure that it is evenly absorbed into each grain of rice.
Store the fermented rice in a plastic container, cover it and let it ferment for a certain period of time.
Fermentation: Once the yeast is mixed, the next step is the fermentation process. It is necessary to ensure the fermentation process is on time. In addition, it is necessary to keep the temperature in the fermentation room suitable and stable.
Distillation: When the yeast has been fermented, it is put into distillation. The distillation pot is selected from good quality to bring high efficiency. This process also needs to adjust the appropriate temperature to produce quality products.
Filtration system: After the wine is distilled, it will go through a filtration system to finally produce a product that meets the standards for consumers.
