The Jennimich Rice alcohol Production Process:

  • Cooking the rice: Use enough rice for the distillation process, wash it thoroughly, and remove any impurities. Then, put the rice and water into trays and cook. Note that the temperature needs to be adjusted throughout the cooking process to ensure the rice is cooked evenly.
  • Mixing the yeast: After the rice is cooked and cooled, the yeast is mixed in. The yeast needs to be mixed thoroughly to ensure it is evenly absorbed by each grain of rice.
  • Fermenting the yeast: After mixing the yeast, the fermentation process begins. It is necessary to ensure the fermentation time is correct. In addition, the temperature in the fermentation room must be maintained at a suitable and stable level.
  • Distillation: Once the yeast has fermented, it is distilled. A good quality water bath distillation still is chosen for high efficiency. This process also requires careful temperature control to produce a high-quality product.
