In the past, I often saw my mother make delicious Bach Nhat wine, I really liked it. My mother said, “The wine is delicious because it is made from brown sticky rice, very good for health, harmonizing yin and yang, the elderly eat better, sleep better”. Since then, brown sticky rice has been imprinted clearly in my memory, the quintessence of heaven and earth, which the Vietnamese people have cultivated for thousands of years. It is a wonderful ingredient for Chung cakes, Giay cakes, Tet cakes and Xoi on Tet holiday. Therefore, sticky rice is also a special ingredient for Vietnamese wine products.
